Scan the QR code on devices using the Reolink App.

Enable Bluetooth
On the Add Device page, select "Choose Wi-Fi Connection" and enable Bluetooth.

Initialize the Cam
Enter the Wi-Fi name and password. Follow on-screen instructions to finish the initialization.
